Bring me down

This song belongs to the first album by Stolen Name, also called 'Stolen Name', recently available. Here you can listen to it and download it for free, so you can have an example of the album's final sound. You can also listen and download another two songs from the album: Black roses and Pearl
Bring me down is another song recorded with C.T. as the producer (see Little lie's post). As I explain in the album's post, the original recording was profoundly modified and improved before becoming the final version.
The song itself is a power balad I wrote after one of the first argues with the woman who will later become my wife and in which, I must admit, she put me in my place. As a fact of life, it wouldn't be the last time. ;)
Bring me down
You were the one
who seemed a rag doll
You were alone
You took the bad roll
And when you where fighting and shouting
you were still your own
I was so self-assured and so vain
I thought I had it all
You were the one
who had the balls to bring me down
You were the one
who had the balls to bring me down
Now I'm on my own
Now I'm without you
Now you're on your own
You keep on having all
You were the one
who had the balls to bring me down
You were the one
who had the balls to bring me down
You were the one
who had the balls to bring me down
You were the one
who had the balls to bring me down, down, down
The balls to bring me down
The balls to bring me down
The balls to bring me down
The balls to bring me down
